Charity Resource and Southside Project’s Easter Egg Collection

During March, Charity Resource collaborated with the Southside Project charity in organizing a special Easter egg collection event. It was aimed at distributing Easter eggs to children and their families in the Bath and Northeast Somerset area. The event was organized with the hope of bringing a little bit of Easter cheer to the youngsters in the community.

The Southside Project charity is a non-profit organization that provides accessible support services to families in need. The charity’s goal is to help families facing challenges such as debt, domestic abuse, housing issues, and more. The charity offers a range of services, including counselling, financial advice, and housing support which help families overcome the difficulties they face.

The event turned out to be a great success on the day, with all of the 227 Easter eggs being distributed to children and their families. This would not have been possible without the contributions of our generous staff and suppliers who bought extra chocolate treats to make the event a success. We hope that the children enjoyed their sweet treats and that they did not eat them all in one go! We also hope that the event brought a little bit of happiness and joy to the families who attended.

Events like this highlight the importance of collaboration and working together to help those in need. By coming together and pooling our resources, we can make a positive impact on the lives of those around us. We are thankful for the opportunity to work with the Southside Project charity and look forward to collaborating with them on future projects.
